Prepaid Services

Save time and money with prepaid support.

With prepaid monthly support, you pay a $50 service fee and receive $250 credited to your account allowance each month.

Additionally, you will qualify for our contract rate of $120/hour for support instead of the non-contract rate of $180/hour.

Unused balances roll over to the next month, but payments are non-refundable.

Receive a discount by prepaying for hourly services.

Get a $1,000 allowance for $900 (10% discount) or a $2,500 allowance for $2,125 (15% discount).

Services are billed at our current rates.

This option is for established clients who are on a care plan or monthly retainer. Allowances do not expire but are not refundable.
