Acctivate Rep Portal

Give your sales reps the access they need to your Acctivate data with a clean, user friendly interface. Reps can manage their business activities, place orders for customers, create quotes, and look up customer, product, stock, invoice, and order data.
The basic subscription comes with 5 users. Additional users are $25/month each. Please contact us for discount pricing over 20 users.

Acctivate Customer Portal

Give your customers the access they need to important account data with a clean, user friendly interface that can be styled to complement your brand. Our Customer Portal for Acctivate allows you to give your customers a better buying experience and also reduce the time you spend looking up information for customers.
The basic subscription comes with 100 customer logins. Additional logins are available in blocks of 50. Please contact us for discounted pricing over 500 logins.

Acctivate Webstore Module Interface Webservice

This webservice connects Acctivate's Webstore module to any 3rd party or custom webstore that is not compatible with Acctivate or needs features beyond what Acctivate's standard module provides.
Please note that our custom integrations start at $5,000. But a quote can be provided once we know more about your needs. Integrations use our Acctivate Connector API service, which requires the Connector Care Plan, sold separately at $79/month. The first 6 months is included in the custom integration fee.

A care plan is required for Acctivate Connector modules.


The plan covers support and updates on the Acctivate Connector sync modules as well as a subscription for our Connector API.

Acctivate Connector for Magento is a sync utility that tightly integrates the Acctivate Inventory and Order Management System with the Magento ecommerce software. The base module includes the connector API and the product sync module.
This module requires a care plan that covers support and updates on the Acctivate Connector sync modules as well as the hosting for our Connector API.

Acctivate Connector for Magento Customer Sync Addon

Acctivate Connector for Magento is a sync utility that tightly integrates the Acctivate Inventory and Order Management System with the Magento ecommerce software. The customer sync is an add-on module that syncs customer data from Acctivate into Magento, including credit information and user defined fields.

Acctivate Connector for Magento Order Add-on

Acctivate Connector for Magento is a sync utility that tightly integrates the Acctivate Inventory and Order Management System with the Magento ecommerce software. The order module is an add-on allows customers to view their Acctivate order and invoice history from Magento. This includes recent shipments with tracking information, open order dashboard, and a searchable order history.

Acctivate Connector API Subscription & Care Plan

The Acctivate Connector API provides a secure connection to your Acctivate data through a Restful API web service. The web service can be used with our utilities or you can write your own integrations.
This care plan is required for all Acctivate Connector API accounts and covers security patches and upgrades, as well as support through our help desk for connection issues or assistance using the API.
