We provide remote support using GoToAssist, a secure remote technician portal by LogMeIn. Please enter your 9 digit session code below. If you need a code, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How does the technician portal work?
- Get your 9 digit session code from our support team. You can contact us via telephone or email at email@example.com
- Enter your 9 digit session code in the box below and click on ‘CONNECT TO TECHNICIAN'.
- A small applet from GoToAssist will automatically download. NOTE: The applet automatically removes itself from your PC when our session is ended.
- Double click on the applet either in your browser downloads area or from your downloads folder.
- The applet will allow you to chat with your technician, share your screen, or give us remote access.
