How does the technician portal work?
- Get your 6 digit session code from our support team. You can contact us via live chat, telephone, or email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Enter your 6 digit session code in the box below and click on ‘Connect with Technician’.
- A small applet from LogMeIn will automatically download. NOTE: The applet automatically removes itself from your PC when our session is ended.
- Double click on the applet either in your browser downloads area or from your downloads folder.
- The applet will allow you to chat with your technician, share your screen, or give us remote access.
